Where: Orchard Park Farm, Hornblotton
Dear Parents/Guardians,
1st Street will be taking part in the East Somerset District Cub Camp. It will be held on Friday 6th June to Sunday 8th June at Orchard Park Farm in Horblotton, Somerset. BA4 6SF.
The cost is £70.00* per Cub which covers the camping fee, food, activities, gas and transporting the Group equipment.
Cub Camp is great fun and an unforgettable experience. The theme is 'Pirates', so please start thinking about a costume.
Setup for the Camp is Thursday the 6th from 4pm, if anyone is able to lend a hand we would be very grateful.
Cubs arrive at camp at 5.30pm on the Friday and camp closes at 3pm on the Sunday. Parents are allowed to help strike camp from 1.30pm on Sunday. Cubs can leave when all our camp equipment is loaded on the van.
Attached are the Kit list and a Health Form along with the Shooting Permission Form.
The closing date for returning the All Forms and making payment* is Monday 31st March.
